Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the products ordered online, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our product ordered online, clients have the liberty to return the product and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

For Cancellations please contact the us via contact us link. Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch of the product i.e. within 24 hours of placing the order. Once dispatched. the order cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy

Our products are best-in-class and manufactured with stringent quality control measures.

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products ordered online we can provide a refund but the refund request should be made within five working days of receiving the product by sending an email on contact@medimeas.com.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and usually takes place within 7-10 days of refund initiation and in case of PayTm payments refund will be made to the same account within 24 hours.
